*1. Eligibility for Refund*

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

• Driver does not arrive at the pickup location.
• Booking cancelled by Easy Yatra Trip due to operational issues.
• Vehicle breakdown before the start of the trip and no replacement is available.

*2. Non-Refundable Situations*

Refunds *will not* be provided if:

• Customer cancels the trip without valid reason.
• Incorrect pickup details were provided.
• The driver reached the location but the customer was unavailable.
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

*3. Cancellation Window*

• Cancellations made *within 1 hour of the scheduled pickup* may not be eligible for refund.
• Long-distance trip cancellations may involve cancellation charges.

*4. Refund Process*

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds typically take *5–7 working days*, to credited o the original bank account depending on the bank/payment provider.
